How does booking work?
Choose your guests, services and preferred specialists. Available times account for specialist schedules and salon stations. Most visits confirm as soon as you finish booking.
Does every service confirm immediately?
Services marked “Consultation before confirmation” need the salon’s approval. Your booking will clearly show that it is awaiting approval, and your visit page will show the salon's decision.
What if my plans change?
Open My bookings to move or cancel an upcoming visit. When you change the time, your original appointment stays in place until the new one is confirmed.

Create a slot alert from the booking flow. If a matching appointment opens, you can review the offer and claim it before it expires.
