Bookings and availability

Submitted bookings are stored in the site’s database. Availability is checked again when you submit. A booking is confirmed only after a successful save and a confirmation reference appears. Some services require owner approval; a pending request is not a confirmed appointment.

Appointment times use the salon’s local time zone. Prices are shown in US dollars. Review the full visit, service options, total and status before continuing.

Changes and cancellations

Manage your visit in My visits. Online rescheduling closes 12 hours before the visit and keeps your existing time until the replacement is saved. Cancel up to the visit’s start. Confirmed demo payments receive a full refund when cancelled at least 24 hours before the visit; later customer cancellations retain the payment. Salon cancellations refund in full. Pending approval cancellations and expired holds release the payment reservation.

Owner access, reviews and gifts

This is a shared demo. The owner workspace opens without an account and manages the same saved salon records as the customer site. Each customer account can add one $100 demo gift card. Apply one gift card and one promo code per checkout; WELCOME10 gives 10% off once per account. Promo savings apply before gift credit. Eligible cancellations restore gift credit and refund the demo card; late customer cancellations retain both. Online reviews are unavailable.

Messages and payment

In-app updates are available with the connected account. External email and SMS delivery depend on configured delivery services. Checkout uses an automatically approved demo Visa. Standard bookings simulate a charge on confirmation; services needing approval reserve payment and charge after approval. No real money moves and no card numbers are collected. Never enter real card details in notes or messages.
